## Return window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
## Eligibility
To be eligible for return:
- item must be in original condition
- item must not be used or damaged by misuse
- item must be returned in original packaging when possible
Custom or personalized items may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
## Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
## Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
## Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
